Some people see God as distant, a kind of cosmic hermit who created the world but is too busy to be very involved in our lives. Yet the God revealed in Scripture is the very opposite: a caring Father who holds the world together, continually provides for our needs, and cares about the intimate details of our days. He invites us to join together and include others so that we can share the experience of freedom and fellowship found in being His family, now and forever. “Heavenly Father, thank You for including us in Your family; open our eyes to the lonely and vulnerable so that we can include them in Your family as well, through Jesus, amen.” ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ RELATIVELY FUNNY I wrote a single entendre but it wasn't funny at all.
